How to Serve

1. Remove the noodle sheet and seasoning packets. Place the noodle sheet into a bowl and pour in 600ml of boiling water (above 90°C).
2. Cover the bowl with a lid and rest the oil packet on top of the lid at the same time, allowing the heat to gently melt the oil ready for mixing.
3. After 5 minutes, drain the water. Add the seasoning packets to your taste, stir well, and serve.

Top with sliced spring onions, extra chilli oil, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds for the full Kathmandu street-food experience.
