UK Delivery & Shipping Information | Your Kathmandu

At Your Kathmandu, we're committed to delivering authentic Nepalese foods, textiles, crafts, and gifts to your door with care and efficiency.

Processing Time: Orders placed before 2 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or over the weekend will be processed the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions: Some products, particularly food items, may have specific shipping requirements or restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We're working to expand our shipping options to additional markets in the future.
